Let’s make a Spring simmer pot!
Welcome Spring with a Beautiful Simmer Pot
Beautiful and aromatic Spring simmer pot ingredients
Have you ever made a simmer pot? It’s one of my favorite ways to welcome a new season—and spring is the perfect time to try it! Not only does it fill your home with the freshest, most uplifting scent, but it also feels like a little ritual that helps clear out the stale air of winter and invite in sunshine, blossoms, and new beginnings.
The scent is unmatched, clean and cozy
This Spring simmer pot is incredibly simple to make, and it’s just as beautiful as it is fragrant. You only need a few ingredients:
Sliced lemons
Fresh mint
Lavender buds
A splash of vanilla extract (totally optional, but so cozy!)
Add everything to a pot of water, bring it to a gentle simmer, and let the magic happen. I love using a glass pot for this—it gives you a gorgeous visual of all those herbs and citrus slices swirling around. It’s like a little piece of stovetop art!
